Casa Piata intends to build up a real estate portfolio with a buy-and-build strategy. The company is run by an entrepreneur who now has a great deal of knowledge and experience in investing, having first been active in trading on the stock exchange before making the switch to the real estate sector where she has managed various real estate portfolios. With the disposal of this knowledge and experience, the entrepreneur intends to expand her own portfolio.
