ROB MAGENDANS

After a banking career at ABN AMRO Corporate Clients and Rabo International, I have been active since 2009 as a consultant in corporate takeovers and corporate financing. Over the years I have been involved in many transactions in SMEs and large companies. I work for the buyer or seller, so I’m biased, but always work on win-win solutions. Teamwork, good communication and a touch of humor at the right moments form the basis for success.

My wife and I have been married for 35 years and we have a son and a daughter together. I like to travel, good cooking (food), sports, music and art. I give guest lectures in HBO and I volunteer at the Food Bank.
